Casas Counseling

We counsel individuals across the lifespan who are adjusting to a significant change in their life such as the birth of a child, a major developmental milestone, a change in relationship status or a loss. As social workers we will help you address your concerns in the context of your unique life experience. Paula Casas, L.C.S.W, is Colombian-American and speaks Spanish. She has extensive experience and expertise supporting people through grief and loss and healing from trauma. She is trained in EMDR and also has advanced training in working with older adults and pregnant and postpartum women. Suzanne Roth, L.S.W. also has advanced training around perinatal mood and anxiety disorders as well as working with LGBTQ youth.
